Returns
We prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. We guarantee the quality of our products. If you encounter any issues with your purchase or are dissatisfied for any reason, we will gladly issue a refund, provided the goods are returned to us. All complaints should be submitted within 14 days of receiving the items. For further details, please refer to our terms and conditions.

No returns will be accepted without prior written request from the Customer to Truffle World. Packages will be sent using the same method as the order and must be returned to the following address: Truffle World, 26b Chandos House, Meeting House Lane, Brighton BN1 1HB United Kingdom.
For any item returned and paid for by the customer, the following terms apply:
- The product is returned simply because you are not satisfied (exercise of the right of withdrawal): reimbursement of the returned product and shipping costs, return costs at your expense.
- The product is returned for a reason attributable to Truffle World: refund of the product, shipping costs and any returns.
No returns or replacements will be accepted after the expiry of the use-by date. Products must be returned unopened, in their original condition and packaging. Any incomplete, damaged or damaged returns will not be accepted.
Beyond this 14-day period, postmark as proof, your return package can unfortunately no longer be taken into account and will be re-sent to you.
When several items ordered on the site www.truffleworld.store have been shipped in one go (in a single package) and the customer decides to return the items that are not suitable in a single return shipment, the return costs will be offered to him. In the event that the customer decides to make several shipments, the return costs from the 2nd shipment will be borne by the customer.
In all cases, the items must be returned in their original packaging, and accompanied by the return slip (provided on request by connecting to our return portal) carefully completed, to the following address: Truffle World, 26b Chandos House, Meeting House Lane, Brighton BN1 1HB United Kingdom.
The risks of return are always the responsibility of the customer. The customer is therefore strongly encouraged to return the package by any means that provides proof of its sending and gives it a certain date (registered with acknowledgment of receipt, tracking number, etc.). Otherwise, Truffle World will not be able to process your return.
If the return is due to an error on our part, the outward delivery costs paid by the customer will be refunded.
Once the goods have been received, checked and accepted by our services, Truffle World will reimburse the customer for the price of the returned products or issue a credit note valid for 6 months on the site, at the latest within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products.
When an order has been placed with a discount voucher, the value of the discount voucher will be deducted from the refund amount in proportion to the number of items ordered.
When an order has been placed with a credit, returned products will not be eligible for a refund. Only exchange or credit will be authorized.
