The contract between us
-
When you place an order on our website, it counts as an offer to buy the products. We will email you to confirm we’ve received the order. Once we dispatch the items, this will signify our acceptance of your offer, creating a legally binding contract between us, as long as you provided a UK or European delivery address.
-
These terms and conditions do not impact your legal rights as a consumer.

Delivery of goods to you
-
We will deliver the items you ordered to the UK or EU address (if applicable) you provided at the time of ordering.
-
If you provided a delivery address outside the UK or EU, you are responsible for complying with all relevant regulations and laws, including obtaining any required customs, import permits, or other approvals for purchasing goods from our site. Some goods may be restricted from import or export under certain national laws. We make no guarantees and accept no responsibility for the import or export legality of the items you purchase.
-
Delivery will occur as promptly as possible after your order is confirmed and, at the latest, within 30 days of the order.
-
Ownership of the items will transfer to you once they have been delivered. After delivery, the items are at your own risk, and we are not liable for any loss or damage to them.
-

-
If the goods delivered are incorrect, damaged, defective, or in the wrong quantity, we are not liable unless you promptly inform us using the contact details on our website.
-
If you do not receive your order within 7 days from the order date, we are not liable unless you notify us in writing at our address within 30 days of the order date.

Upon receiving your complaint, we will, at your choice:

resolve any shortage or non-delivery;
-
repair or replace damaged or defective items unless that is impractical;
-
to offer an appropriate price reduction, or
-
to refund the amount paid for the items at our discretion.

Our only obligation is to refund some or all of the amount you paid as per clause 6.2 above.
