This black truffle pâté, combined with extra virgin olive oil, elevates the taste of any culinary creation. To prepare, gently heat the cream in a pan for five minutes after incorporating a pinch of salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. This mixture serves as an excellent accompaniment for a delightful spaghetti dish or a pizza topped with mozzarella and prosciutto.

Additionally, it is well-suited as a topping for croutons and as a filling for appetizers.

We suggest using approximately 15-20 grams of sauce per individual.

Orders placed after 2 PM (Monday to Thursday) will be processed the next working day, while orders after 2 PM on Friday will be processed on Monday, excluding Bank Holidays.

It is crucial to provide an address where someone can accept the delivery of fresh truffles since our courier services require a signature upon receipt.
